I am the customer focused CEO at Talkable, a technology company that delivers a leading B2B referral and loyalty marketing platform with a mission to spread innovation and help great companies grow. We do this by powering segmented campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive revenue – in 2020 alone, we drove $260M in sales for our customers. Since joining Talkable in 2016, I scaled the company from 28 employees in the customer success function – to now lead as CEO of a proud multinational team with 80 people, and offices in San Francisco, New York, and Kyiv. Among our clients are TOMS, American Eagle, CB2, Pura Vida, Purple, Society6, and over 250 other companies.
