Acted to help ecossystem of startups organizing Startup Weekend, and as head coach of the Softville Foundation (an organization that fosters and supports business founders and the community known as Joinville Startups). In addition to being the founder and CEO of TiFlux, Marcio is a mentor, an angel investor, local coordinator of StartupSC and Ágora Tech Park Counselor.
