Founder / CEO

Blaik Wilson

CEO

Chief Executive Officer. Growing up, my family values were around hard work, having fun, ‘putting yourself out there’ and loyalty. Many of the friendships I made in primary and high school, are still friends today. Initially I thought I wanted to be a doctor, as I liked the nurturing healing aspect of it…but found science wasn't really my thing. I was good at mathematics however; I enjoyed problem solving aspect and initially focused on accounting. What I love now in my career and chosen sector is the opportunity to transition health systems to becoming more patient-centered. Cemplicity’s mission is to transform the way that health services work so they deliver better experiences and health outcomes for patients and better efficiencies for payers. Working with clients in eight countries, we are creating the world’s best Patient Reported Measures software for continuous improvement, led by the patient’s voice.
