He became fascinated with AI in 2016 after watching the demo of Amelia from IP Soft. He started applying AI technologies to create better experiences between machines and business users/customers to automate as much as possible routine work. Andrew has been working with Conversational AI technologies and applied the IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow, Amazon AI, Spacy, and other open-source AI/ML solutions for developing a unique single conversational UI for business users. Before starting working with AI technologies, Andrew spent 8 years working in management consulting and implementing complex ERP solutions for large corporates. Andrew has a strong vision that people will use conversational AI for all daily activities in the future. The conversational AI technologies allow building unlimited functionality and capabilities on the back-end without any limitation on the front-end side.
