Todd’s interests lie at the intersection of business, law and technology. His goal is to effectively combine these three disciplines to better the practice of law. This led Todd to create Lawfty withco-founder, Michael Terry. Todd has an undergraduate business degree from Emory University and a law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia (plus several Federal Courts).
