Establishing and managing a comprehensive and current knowledge base is one of the most challenging tasks that an organization can face. While the benefits of knowledge sharing and effortless access to ad-hoc information are clear, most knowledge bases aren't engineered for usability. This can be a particular problem for SMBs, which typically do not have the time or money to invest in complex enterprise software applications.

We've started Ripplify, undertaking the challenge of rethinking knowledge management. We are designing new ways to enable people to share knowledge and collaborate, in an environment that fits with normal working procedures. Instead of creating another feature-rich platform formed on concepts of documents sharing, we've built Ripplify from the ground up. It is completely web-based, and it is fast, engaging and enjoyable. It's a simple and easy-to-use service delivered securely over the cloud.
