In fact, he’s passionate about it. (And makes us passionate too.) He founded Quaero in 1999, sold it in 2008 to CSG International, and recently led a management buyback of Quaero from CSG. Winner of the Stevie Award for Marketing Executive of the Year in 2009 and a finalist for E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002, Naras is also the author of a critically acclaimed book, High Performance Marketing: Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing (2005). He has been the keynote speaker at major conferences on marketing, customer experience management, and extracting value from Big Customer Data. He’s taught at the University of California, Berkeley and guest lectures at other major business schools.
