In fact, he’s passionate about it. (And makes us passionate too.) He founded Quaero in 1999, sold it in 2008 to CSG International, and recently led a management buyback of Quaero from CSG.
Winner of the Stevie Award for Marketing Executive of the Year in 2009 and a finalist for E&Y’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002, Naras is also the author of a critically acclaimed book, High Performance Marketing: Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing (2005). He has been the keynote speaker at major conferences on marketing, customer experience management, and extracting value from Big Customer Data.
