CEO
As CEO and founder of Velocity Worldwide, I live and breathe retail and customer engagement strategy on a daily basis. Having worked in the retail/shopper marketing industry for several decades, I’ve taken my experience working with global brands to the US market where the Velocity business is seeing rapid growth and making major investments to support challenger brands. Through Velocity Worldwide and the company’s personalization and insights technology platform, Darius, we’re enabling retailers to not only capture but to put into practice the right shopper data for a more personalized customer experience. It’s no surprise that personalization is a key differentiator between online retail and brick-and-mortar today – making it more critical than ever for these retailers to be “retail ready” year-round. And by evening out the odds against e-commerce platforms, retailers have an opportunity to compete by getting personal through their own profiled and engaged customer data. With Velocity’s integrated solutions, we’re going further to make things personal.
