As co-founder and CEO of Greenshades Software, David worked with a fantastic group of people to solve the most challenging and time-consuming problems within the Payroll and Human Resources sectors. This focus has driven the steady expansion of the business, led to new product innovations, and ultimately fueled the organization’s growth. Today, more than 4,000 organizations and nearly 3 million employees rely on Greenshades. Since the company’s inception in 2004, he has been responsible for establishing Greenshades’ vision and strategic direction. To execute these strategies, he has assembled high-impact leadership teams and set prioritized objectives that provide clarity of direction and company-wide alignment.
