David Stedman is the Founder and CEO of BrightDime, a leading financial wellness firm designed to create real behavior change in employees through an unbiased, integrated financial platform coupled with concierge features of personalized coaching and content. David built his career in executive management roles with Goldman Sachs in New York and Barclays Capital in London before leading a very successful, Charlotte-based hedge fund for 12 years. His deep industry knowledge, authentic leadership style, and relentless passion for enhancing the financial wellness for Americans in all demographic groups have contributed to BrightDime’s exceptional business growth. David is married with three wonderful children, is an unmistakable Tar Heels fan, and serves on the Board of Directors for The Relatives and YMCA, both organizations focused on helping youth become productive members of their community.
