Former David Jones chief executive David Thomas has joined Solomon Lew's son Peter as chief executive of his apparel company Brandbank Group. Mr Thomas was David Jones' fourth CEO in five years. He oversaw the relocation of David Jones' head office from Sydney to Melbourne.
