Eric is a big fan of organizational transparency, innovative work environments, tech start-ups, customer feedback, and karaoke. He has spent most of his (non-singing) career advising technology companies and the investors backing them. He founded one of Canada’s most successful corporate law boutique firms, Wildeboer Dellelce LLP – complete with its lavender pool table. He has also run Canada’s most successful data mining software company, selling and hosting sophisticated predictive analytics solutions for some of North America and Europe’s largest financial institutions. When not randomly belting out hit tunes from artists spanning the past half century, he provides the business development and product vision support for Organimi.
