From establishing online market research as a category, inventing survey respondent routers, building 3rd party ad servers, introducing RTB to ad decisioning, changing the ad effectiveness measurement industry, and using AI to build consumer personas, the companies I like to work with are always doing something new and changing how things are done. In the process I acquired a few skills, build a great network, and it is what gets me up in the morning and allows me to keep learning.
