Henning is leading Giant Swarm's rapid growth, its strategy, business development, and finances. He believes in putting people first as it's always people that are building great products and providing outstanding services that lead to customers' happiness and ultimately to profits. He loves to empower organizations to make a difference in their customer's life and see them winning in the digital era. Henning is a proven tech entrepreneur with a strong track record of building and scaling software companies. Previously to founding Giant Swarm in 2014, he started and successfully sold two technology companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Economics from the University of Applied Science in Kiel and the University of Almeria.
