Barrister with Board level experience in compliance and online payments. I have a broad knowledge of anti-money laundering and financial crime legislation . Passionate about reducing financial crime and providing the best technology to regulated entities to enable this. In the past I have advised payment companies on a wide range of legal issues with particular emphasis on obtaining FCA Authorisation, online payments, mobile payments and associated technologies.. Skilled in advising on contract terms with clients, partners and suppliers and on a range of specific legal issues including data protection and intellectual property protection. I teach a masterclass on "The Future of Payments" to International Compliance Training Post Graduate students.
