I have 15+ years​ experience helping build companies that change how people think and work. In 2008, I was part of the founding team of 99designs—now the world's largest marketplace for freelance design, with over 200 employees and 80M annual revenue. I've been involved in every area of its operation, including product design, finance and marketing, but specifically accountable for building a world class engineering team across Melbourne and San Francisco. Now I'm a late-stage co-founder at Buildkite, a developer tooling company that is taking over the developer world.
