Leonard Buzz is CEO of On Center Software, Inc. In his role as the company’s chief executive, he oversees all aspects of On Center Software's solution design, including development, production and implementation and leads the firm’s executive “Vision Team” for software products.Mr. Buzz founded On Center Software in 1988 with the launch ofhis original software concept, Quick Bid®. With an extensive business background in commercial contracting, he was inspired to design software that would help contractors manage their day-to-day duties while helping them avoid common mistakes that prevented them from making profits on bids. In 1995, Mr. Buzz invented On-Screen Takeoff®, the most advanced digital takeoff tool on the market today.
