Helped several high growth organizations to achieve their potencial, from NGOs, multinationals to startups in Brazil, Belgium, Portugal and Romania. As director of Endeavor Brasil, I was responsible for all the regional operations in the country, directly launching new offices in Parana and Santa Catarina states. As partner of Neoyama Group, was responsible for the acquisition of a competitor and negotiation of exclusivity aggreements with asian partner. Now at Send4, I intend to disrupt the way Brazilians purchase online, with a much more pleasent experience at the same time we improve the retailers omni channel vision.
