“It was pure frustration, you know, trying to find investment property for my clients and sitting there with spreadsheets punching numbers, you know, after a few hours of that, you start pulling your hair out. And when you have clients sitting there with hundreds of thousands of dollars saying, find me something and you can't get through the properties fast enough, I literally just one day said, has to be a faster way to do this.”
