Mike have proactively taken ownership of multiple strategic business acquisitions valued at c.£20m and disposals at c.£200m over a successful 20 year career. This includes considerable experience in founding, buying, running and selling companies mostly in the digital space. He had worked in partnership with venture capitalists, but primarily utilised private investor funds to launch successful businesses. He is familiar with regulated industries and worked closely with regulators, including serving as an FCA Approved Person, the Responsible Person with Ofgem, and the Data Protection Officer responsible for GDPR compliance.
