Mark has over 20 years of experience in the card not present fraud prevention world. As one of the founding members of Accertify, Mark has created the Global Managed Services departments, led the professional services and customer support teams, oversaw the acquisition by American Express and now serves as the President of Accertify. Mark excels at managing and creating fraud departments while delivering fraud prevention strategies for the leading airlines and ecommerce companies. Mark is an expert in fraud strategy, relationship building and fraud prevention management. Prior to joining Accertify, Mark was senior Director of Fraud Prevention for Orbitz Worldwide, where he oversaw the global fraud strategy for the online travel site and its sister websites in the EMEA and JAPA regions.
