Qianghua Wu (吴强华) is the president of Beijing Digital orthodox Technology Co. Ltd., a Chinese company that develops and promotes e-government and GIS application platforms. Wu was previously employed as a research and development engineer and technical department manager at Beijing Construction Electronic Information Engineering Co., Ltd. Wuobtained his master’s degree from Beijing Forestry University.
