A career that began heavily involved with resource management which diversified into IT Service Delivery within the Outsourcing sector, over the last 10 years. Working with a variety of different industries, leading a number of large service cultured programmes. Working with several blue chip businesses, becoming highly skilled in service delivery, operational excellence, developing strategy and the possible implementation of change. Co-founder & Operations Director of PPR Solutions starting 2007 - recently acquired by Bybox in 2012. Now a Co-founder of Capium Ltd - a cloud based accounting software package, with the aim to grow another business again over the next few years.
