Very open minded with respect to new opportunities that may arise. Although my current position is one I value, I do realize others may appear on the horizon that may interest me. I enjoy technology in both my professional and personal life. Eager to learn new and exciting technologies and methods. I am not actively seeking a career change as I have a full calendar. But I am willing to listen to those that may seek me out. So far those that have reached out we have found common ground to collaborate and learn together which is a great value of Linked In. In my current role I serve as a thought leader and mentor, in which I tend to learn as much as anyone. For over thirty years with each change in my career a deliberate choice was made to expand into an area I was not a leading authority in. Following this path has developed my perspective in such a way as to not only create a wide knowledge base but one of depth as well. I believe that you must always push your own envelope of knowledge in order to prepare for the next generation of change. Constant research, study, and customer interviews have enabled me to stay ahead of the game and provide a unique value to the company I work for, and my customer base. My new challenge is to take all of the customer and sales engineering challenges for NetScout and drive innovation of product design and delivery. Goals: To continue growth in the industry. Improve upon management skills Improve Coaching and Mentoring Skills. Specialties: My strongest asset is the ability to understand unique customer challenges and address them with either the current solution set available, or create a new approach and drive that through engineering development into a product. This enables my company to remain the industry leader in our space, and open new doors for growth.
