CEO at Allthingstalk. I am a HR professional with rich experience of working with organizations across several industries. In my current assignment I am responsible for championing and implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization as well as leading communication and branding for the function. My work experience also encompasses research and analysis in the HR domain along with interacting and maintaining client relationships with focus on key customer retention and repeat business. This has enabled me to understand HR as a function and a business. My career started from the service industry where I learnt to excel at organizing, managing and leading multiple projects, this has helped me, evolve as a compassionate and efficient professional. I have also had the opportunity to connect with various HR Heads across different verticals, this has helped me understand their perspectives on various HR functions and people.
