A clear strategic plan that I could implement against. But I couldn’t find either. I tried working with coaches, strategists, marketing people—nobody could offer me a clear plan. I tried all the legal automation software out there, but it was hard to use and I didn’t know how to use it to drive revenue growth. So I created the strategic plan and automation software myself. I used them to scale my law firm to 7 figures.
