Bert is the co-founder and CEO of Governance.com. He has 20 years of experience in banking, financial services and business development. Before launching Governance.com, he held a number of senior positions at ABN AMRO Bank. In his last position as Senior Vice President / Head of Financial Professionals in Luxembourg, he was responsible for the Investment Fund Depositary, Corporate Clients and Independent Asset Management business lines of the bank. Bert left the bank in April 2014 to focus on building the business he co-founded. His vision is to reinvent fund governance using technology to make regulatory oversight simple and transparent.
