Marketing – launch of new products/solutions or repositioned “stalled” offerings for current or emerging markets. Operations – design, implementation and management of new or complex business models, for global sales, services, support, and engineering engagements and organizations. International - in-depth knowledge of developing and launching international growth strategies for European, Asian and Latin America operations/organizations. Mergers and Acquisitions – participation in and management of all aspects of M&A activities (e.g. valuations, road-shows, organizational design and consolidations, etc.).
