I am Alicia an Experience Designer who excels at embracing product vision user story mapping and being able to put myself in the user s shoes. Thanks to many fruitful experiences working in a team I believe in people over practice. Though the latter holds value the former must always take priority. I put an emphasis on human-centered design principles while regularly evaluating whether or not processes are supporting people and solving their problems. I am also dedicated to perpetual self-improvement both in deepening my skills and learning from new perspectives. My journey is only just beginning.
