I founded Riptide Investments over twenty-five years ago with the idea that by helping and consulting with start-ups and small to medium sized businesses I could somehow combine the spirit of entrepreneurship with scalability to achieve maximum profitability and measurable stakeholder returns. I have worked with companies that have crossed over a number of different industries and for me the one constant I found throughout is the most successful companies are the ones that make an investment in their people first before they invest in their product or service. To have this organic creation of a formative business culture that allows people to flourish typically will only lead to prosperity for the individual as well as the business itself. I am also quite fortunate that in my career I have formed a number of very fulfilling and meaningful relationships in the process and I have had the opportunity to learn and work with so many incredible and genuine companies from sharing strategy ideas and concepts to making lifelong friendships so to me above all else I have seen how people s kindness can lead to Goodness. This journey is ultimately what led me to Benevity.
