I enjoy developing people and building teams as much as I enjoy building products and running programs. 15 years of growth and performance marketing experience total both on the operations and on the product side. Built out Marketing Technology as the brand new global discipline at Airbnb. Initially as the first and the only individual contributor. Subsequently with a team of marketers product managers and data analysts that I ve hired and developed from the ground up.
