Background includes a balanced attack of building high volume data-driven inbound engines designed to support fast-moving transactional models SMB as well as account-based outbound-oriented systems designed to influence large complex enterprise accounts. As the head of marketing for Workable my aim is to build out another high performance marketing function to support the companys global expansion and penetration into the mid-market. As the CMO of Yesware I built out a high performing marketing team and led an initiative to reposition the business in the increasingly crowded and competitive sales engagement software category. As Bullhorns SVP Marketing I was responsible for revenue creation and retention with a laser focus on supporting and ensuring the success of the companys 8000 customers. During my tenure at Bullhorn I helped to acquire and integrate 10 different companies both competitors and tuck-ins while successfully navigating 2 exits into private equity with Vista Equity Partners and later Insight Venture Partners. While part of the Vista Equity Partners portfolio I attended Vista Consulting Groups year-long HPLP High Potential Leadership Program focused on leading and operationalizing SaaS businesses to achieve financial success.
