A self-motivated leader able to communicate and influence at all levels with over 15 years experience in Customer Service Support from within small start-up company environments through to large global corporates in pan-European and Global Senior Management very much focused on delivering and improving Support and Service across the Customer Journey from pre-Sales through On-Boarding to Retention Renewal. In my experience no-one sets out to provide poor service - people typically choose a career in Support Service because they want to help Customers solve whatever difficulty they are encountering. As Management it is our job to facilitate that. With a background across TechnicalCustomer Support Critical Escalation Management and Operational Systems Management utilising data analysis of Business Customer Intelligence problem solving and management skills to meet targets under pressure I have a broad balanced view across the different aspects of Support Service Delivery that enables identification of trends improvement opportunities and best-practice working with stakeholders to drive and implement change to improve Customer Success.
