Josh Tolan, Spark Hire's Founder and CEO, was studying Economics at the University of California, San Diego. While going to school, he worked in marketing for a lead generation firm that grew from a handful of employees to 100+ in less than a year. He witnessed the challenges in the hiring process firsthand.
