Margaret Arakawa

Chief Marketing Officer at Outreach


As Outreach's CMO, Margaret oversees all aspects of marketing including brand, communications, demand generation, and product marketing. Margaret has extensive experience in tech and marketing - most recently she spent 20 years at Microsoft where she held several positions with increasing responsibility in the global Windows, Security, and Cloud & Enterprise business groups. Margaret earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management. When she's not helping to shape Outreach's brand, Margaret and her firefighter husband are fighting childhood cancer through their passionate support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Firefighter Stairclimb. Margaret along with her husband and son, live in the Seattle-area.
