Chief People Officer of Showpad the global sales enablement platform. Since joining early 2017 Showpad scaled its culture tripled its number of employees and quadrupled its revenue. Showpad also raised more than 100 million in this period. Before joining Showpad I was the Chief People Officer of Real Impact Analytics active in big data analytics. In 2016 RIA secured 12 million A funding. I worked for 5 years as the European HR Director of Russell Reynolds Associates in London where I was responsible for 16 offices in 12 countries. Prior to RRA I served in a HR leadership role at the global HQ of ON Semiconductor in the US. I began my career in HR consulting and executive search in Tech working in Moscow and Brussels. Throughout the past 20y I also worked on large HR projects in NGOs including the long term HR vision of Doctors Without Borders OCB and the Global Transition Program of Amnesty International. I hold degrees in Law University of Ghent and T bingen Business Vlerick School of Management and Slavonic and East European Studies University College London.
