Mr. Sverbilov originates underwrites executes and monitors investments for Golub Capitals Late Stage Lending program. Prior to joining Golub Capital Mr. Sverbilov was a Vice President with NXT Capital s Venture Finance group where he was responsible for providing senior and subordinated debt investments in late-stage technology companies. Prior to joining NXT Capital Mr. Sverbilov was a Senior Associate at Medley Capital where he worked in the firm s investment banking and advisory practice. Mr. Sverbilov began his investment career as an Associate at Exigen Capital where he was responsible for sourcing structuring and funding of middle market acquisitions operational carve-outs and large capitalized start-ups. Mr. Sverbilov started his career with Frank Rimerman Co. spending four years in the firm s audit and advisory practice. Mr. Sverbilov is a Certified Public Accountant inactive and earned a BA in Business Management Economics with a focus in Finance and Accounting from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
