Bio
Roland is the President & CEO of Miklos Systems, Inc, an Employee-Owned Company. Roland began at MSI in 1995, as Employee #2. He took over as President from MSI's founder, Betsie Miklos, in 2006 when the Employee-Ownership Plan was established. MSI is now 100% Employee-Owned. Before his management roles, Roland was a systems and applications programmer, and a systems engineer. Roland's other passion is volunteering as the National Tournament Director for the National Catholic Forensics League, and the Secretary/Treasurer of the local Washington Arlington Catholic Forensics League. These leagues provide competition for high school speech and debate teams. Roland is married, with two boys.
