Grew Computer 2000 revenues from ~$800M to $3.5B & operations from 9 to 25+ countries in <4 years, becoming the #3 IT distributor in the world. Took Sparxent from zero to ~$65M in <2 years. At Solium, created division that led to largest deal in company history and eventual sale of company to Morgan Stanley. Market & Business Creation: Led several companies who created their own new markets (Infinigate, BlueRoads, LightPointe, OptionEase). Led sales at Intel division from start-up phase to >$400 million by creating global channel organization from scratch selling new product lines to new customers. Created concept for Sparxent, raised $12M in funding & closed 4 acquisitions in <2 years. Helped raise initial funding ($3M) for OptionEase, then grew revenues and negotiated acquisition by Solium. Global Business Development: Have repeatedly demonstrated deep skill in generating significant growth worldwide - Intel, Computer2000, Infinigate, LightPointe & Sparxent revenues were all 50%+ from international markets. Turn-arounds: After joining LightPointe, created new sales strategy, introduced new sales comp plans, & generated record revenues. After joining OptionEase, built trust with founders & investors to become exec chairman, settle some long-standing concerns, & lead sales org to 5 consecutive quarters of record bookings & eventual sale of company.
