Founder / CEO
Ian Bond
Already ’21 is shaping up to be even more eventful than last year: leadership in diagnostic connectivity, doubled head count, supporting covid testing, adding new talent to the board and our eye on a major value event this year to expand international presence, keep our market lead and ensure technical leadership. Exciting, challenging and working with a great team. August ’20. It has to be said: There’s a huge sense of pride at Bond Digital Health lately. Team Bond has spent two years developing highly specialised and medically compliant connectivity platform – TRANSFORM – to enhance lateral flow diagnostic testing. That was a good enough reason for our team to get up in the mornings – whatever their role, they knew they were contributing to a technology that would produce real benefits for real people around the world. But now, that two years of effort is helping in the fightback against Covid-19, the worst pandemic the world has seen for generations. Bond is part of an international consortium led by our Canadian partners Sona Nanotech that is producing a new rapid test for the disease. It’s a good feeling knowing that the digital technology platform we spent two years building puts us in the front line of the battle at just the right time to help fight this devastating disease - and beat it. That’s certainly something to be proud of.
