Care Hires was conceived out of the significant frustration faced by Care Homes regarding the antiquated recruitment and temporary staffing methodologies prevalent within the Care industry. This sector frequently grapples with issues such as exorbitant agency fees and the provision of low-quality workers, which pose daily challenges for Care Home Managers and Owners. Particularly, care groups that encompass multiple services and depend on agency staffing often find themselves navigating the complex management of agency rotas through rudimentary tools like Excel spreadsheets and email confirmations. This inefficient process not only breeds confusion but also leads to costly errors, such as overbilling and wastage of time merely in coordinating these assignments. This persistent issue had been a thorn in the side of the Care Hires team for years, prompting us to seek alternative solutions. Embarking on an 18-month research and development journey, we were determined to revolutionize the industry. Care Hires was officially introduced to the public in March 2020. Over the following 12 months, we continuously refined and enhanced our platform, incorporating feedback from Care Homes to better meet their needs. By April 2021, our platform had evolved significantly, enabling outstanding Agency Providers and their high-quality, compliant staff to seamlessly fulfill assignments with Care Groups, all managed effortlessly through our Care Hires platform. Our singular mission is to bolster our Nation's Care Services by leveraging advanced technology and providing unparalleled service, aiming to simplify and improve the staffing process within the care sector.
