He is the Managing Director and CEO of iSignthis Ltd with P&L, operations, balance sheet, legal, regulatory & strategic responsibility (based in Nicosia, Cyprus). He is also the CEO of the NSX Ltd, the 100% owner of Australia's second largest ASIC licensed Tier 1 market operator (securities), the NSXA. For both organisations, he is responsible for driving revenues, growth and strategy. For ISX he have developed and executed our strategy from concept to a cross-listed company with deposit taking licenses providing services which include transactional banking, payment processing, e-money accounts and identity verification/KYC. For the NSXL, he have set an ambitious strategy to digitise the exchange, and to upgrade it to accomodate digital, digitised and fractional assets as financial products, as well as to provide competition to Australia's incumbent cash equity monopolist, the ASX. I have degrees in (electrical) engineering, (commercial and IP) law, and in entrepreneurship/ business.
