CEO
Matt Zarracina is the Co-Founder CEO at true tickets. As co-founder and CEO of True Tickets, my mission is to improve the live events experience for venues, patrons, and performers alike by reestablishing the common link between all three trust. True Tickets is a secure mobile ticketing service enabled by the IBM blockchain that easily integrates with existing ticketing systems. We give venues back control of their mobile tickets so they can better manage their patrons experience. I'm here to start the conversation, connect, and partner with venues, entertainers, and IT leaders seeking to influence the next act of the digital ticketing industry. Prior to co-founding True Tickets, I served as a Director of Innovation in Thales Group's innovation and ventures practice Thales xPlor where I applied design thinking concepts to identify, assess, and develop disruptive innovations for broader commercial applications blockchain and DLT, artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, augmented reality, and big data. Prior to xPlor, I was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting where I led growth, M&A, and innovation projects for several Fortune 500 companies. I'm a proud veteran of the United States Navy, where I served two deployments as a helicopter pilot in the Western Pacific and one as an advisor to the Ministry of Oil in Iraq. My work with the Ministry of Oil's Bayji Refinery is published in the Journal of Operational Research Society. Specialties: Blockchain, Design Thinking, Business Development, M&A, Strategy, Analytics, Digital, Systems Engineering, Competitive Analysis, Program Management, and Leadership.
