Founder / CEO
Matt Rissell
It’s simple. We understand small businesses because that’s how we started. Once upon a time, Matt Rissell was a business owner, struggling to track his employees’ time. When he was unable to find a solution to suit his needs, he created one himself with the help of his friend and software engineer (and eventual co-founder), Brandon Zehm. The year was 2006. It wasn’t long before TSheets was the No. 1 time tracking app on the planet-with customer service to match-and folks took notice. Our story is what happens when you put customers first and are powered by passion and hard work. Our fuel is our people who live and breathe what they do. In 2018, we officially joined the Intuit family. It was the culmination of careful deliberation and close partnerships. Ultimately, two become a whole. And the best has yet to come.
